Miners Lamps

These miners lamps are solid brass authentic Victorian-era, coal mining reproduction lamps with 150 years of history behind them. There's a great deal of hand work in all of these lamps. They are heavy, beautifully machined solid brass or antique brass and glass and are very wind resistant.

Lamps are for domestic use only and are not intended as working miners safety lamps in mining situations, but are beautifully made for non-miner customers and have the essential look and feel of the real thing. Nowadays they are often used in the boating industry or as wall oil lamps in the home as well.

The gimbal (wall mountable models) allow for the lanterns to be mounted to any vertical surface, great as boat oil lanterns as well.
