Nautical Oil Lamp
Our Brass Anchor Lanterns are historical handcrafted solid brass reproductions, fully functional for ambient and emergency lighting. This traditional version of a classic nautical lantern looks great on your boat or dock, or makes for wonderful decor options for nautical themes. Great for emergency storm lighting, these ships lanterns work like a hurricane lantern, resisting wind and rain even on the high sea. Brass will never rust or corrode.
This lantern stand 19″ tall (24″with the handle) and 10.5″ wide. Our largest Anchor Lantern, the size is truly impressive to see in person. The oil burning tank and wick are first serviced from the bottom of the ship lantern. After filling with lamp oil, you can light or extinguish this ship lantern from the top by unclasping the hook from the hinge.
Comes with a wick installed. Burns standard Lamp Oil or Kerosene.
You can also choose to make it a wall lantern with one of our brass wall hangers.
