If your purchase is not what you expected or doesn't match your decor? Not a problem! With Vermont Lanterns your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
We offer a full refund on the price of your lanterns if returned in new condition within 30 days of recieving your purchase. This excludes shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping error) Please contact us via email or phone before returning an item.
If an item is returned in a different condition then received, a restocking fee of 25% can be expected but final price credit will be determined upon inspection. (Exceptions for exchanges for store credit, will honor full store credit even if used, within 30 days!) Any lanterns returned after 30 days without first contacting us will not be refunded. Once a return is approved it must be received back to us within 30 days. If your lantern is defective in anyway, please call us within 30 days and we will replace it free of charge or you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
• Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be reported at the time of delivery. Please call us at 802-776-8025 in case of damaged items or lost shipments or contact us by email at the contact page. Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receiving order.
