You have the most beautiful, and reasonably priced lanterns that I have ever seen. I shall be telling my friends about your store, a lot of them are looking for oil lamps too. I am going to also tell my brothers and their wives about your store as soon as possible, they live in California where the power goes out a lot and I know they would love to buy some of your lanterns. The phone was answered by a WONDERFULLY HELPFUL young lady who was manning the phones from home. Products arrived in a very timely manner, thoroughly well packaged and protected from damage. We bought from you for Y2K and nothing happened, but now California blackouts are common and the lights go out all the time here. We keep your lanterns in many of our rooms and they have saved the day quite a few times. Thanks for being there when we need you. We'll be buying more lanterns for Christmas presents this year.

I received my lamp shipment today. I can only tell you that I am more than pleased with the VT 17" lamps. I opened one of them and filled it with high quality lamp oil and lit it. It gave a beautiful light, burned clean and there was no smell.

The only thing about your product that I am more pleased about is your price range! For $90 I received three high quality brass lamps, three extra globes and six extra wicks along with 2nd Day Fedex shipping! That is impossible to beat.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with my new oil lamp. And, moreso, with the excellent customer service I received today, when I reported that the oil canister on my new oil lamp was leaking. I just knew that it would be easy to resolve the leak problem.

Just to let you know: I was referred to your oil lamps through my online sailing blog (sailnet.net). Apparently, one of my fellow-sailors was just as impressed with your oil lamps and customer service. As her posting to the blog reflects, exactly, the experience I have had.

I intend to order two of the miner's lamps, for my sailboat. The lamp that I received two weeks ago, is so nice that we found a place for that at home.

Hello again.
I hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving, and are all doing well. Tell Trini Hi for me, and that I hope she writes more about herself and her family.

She writes in some ways like Louisa May Alcott did in Little Woman, telling about her family and the things that went on in her life. For me it was very enjoyable reading what Trini had wrote about herself and her family, I do hope she will write more.

Concerning your request to use my other letter in your "Comments from satisfied customers" page, I would not mind it at all. Thank you!

I have already informed my brothers about your web page, and they said they will differently go and check it out. I told them how beautiful and reasonably priced your oil lamps are, and that really interested them a lot, for their wives love decorating their homes with brass. My brothers said they hate to have to go and get out their plain glass lamps every time their power goes out in their area, they would rather have some nice lamps that would go with their decor so they can leave them out 'all the time.'

Well, I told my brothers what to do, "Go get on line and check them out, you'll love them!" I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday season now and in the coming years.
